Cine actor Nandamuri Balakrishna has announced that he would contest the next assembly elections in the State.
Talking to reporters here on Saturday, Balakrishna said that he would join the electoral politics in the next assembly elections.
However, he did not specify the regio. district or the constituency from where he plans to contest. He said he is ready to contest from any region of the state whether it is from Andhra, Rayalaseema or Telngana.
The final decision from where to contest would be decided by the party leadership and he is keen to strengthen the party in the state, Balakrishna adds.
Balakrishna also said that he do not possess any individual opinion on separate Telangana and he would abide by the party's stand on the issue.
